How can I get my money back

This app makes you type in names for every single address, and you are forced to "optimize" every time you want to go between the stops list and map view. Worst purchase I've ever made on my iPhone. Never thought an app could make my smart phone seem so stupid. Please refund my money.

The Pro versions does not allow for unlimited locations, but maxes out at 50.

Not very intuitive in its use and crashes every time I use my address book. Doesn't appear to do anything more than if you open up your map app and routed a course.

The last update has caused numerous problems with the app resulting in it crashing often. Try to change from kilometer to miles and each time I open the app it's set to kilometers again. Try to use the show my current location option and every time it crashes. Can't use it. This app was no doubt a 5 until the last update. Talked to the developer and they are in the process of fixing the issue. Once it's corrected I'd highly recommend.

This app works ok-ish but unfortunately there is no edit feature, so if you make a mistake you have to delete all the info and re-enter the info. I brought this to the attention of the developer and that's what he told me to do. Apparently there is no plans to upgrade the app. Bye Bye Best Route Planner!!!!!

Don't wast your money. Not a friendly user interface, hard to figure out. Much easier and cheaper apps out there.

Almost great... Nice way to plot different points on a city map. Saves time if your job involves caseload management. Only thing missing is sync between device option.

0 stars from me. Entered in all the addresses and can not figure out how to get it to work. Waste of money at this point. Will reevaluate if they send instructions but shouldn't have to ask for them. Need them in about an hour.
